ONN - Install device

Install ONN Google TV device with iNFOTV app using a CMS-generated PIN.

1. Step 1

   Get iNFOTV PIN from your iNFOTV CMS Account:
   
   Click your account name (top-right)
   
   Select Account Settings
   
   Select PIN
   
   Click Generate PIN
   
   Note: Record the 4-digit PIN. It will be required to activate the iNFOTV app on the device. The PIN is valid for one week then you will need to generate a new PIN for subsequent installations.

2. Step 2

   Connect ONN Device to TV
   
   Plug the ONN Google TV device into an available HDMI port
   
   Connect the included USB power cable to the ONN device and the wall using the power adapter (recommended) or directly into the TV USB port
   
   Turn on the TV and set the TV input to the port the device is plugged into

3. Step 3

   Setup ONN Device
   
   When the ONN device powers on, you should see the ONN logo followed by instructions to pair the ONN remote control with the device.
   
   Proceed with setup to connect Wi-Fi and your Google account.

4. Step 4

   Install iNFOTV App
   
   Manual Search
   From the Home screen select Search and type infotv
   
   Choose the iNFOTV app and select Install Voice Search Option
   
   Press and hold the Google Assistant microphone button on the ONN remote and Say: "Install iNFOTV app" then select the iNFOTV app from the search results Activate iNFOTV
   
   Open the iNFOTV app • Select LOGIN BY PIN and enter the generated 4-digit PIN
   
   Select Next then enter a name for the device such as Front Lobby
   
   Select LOG IN
   
   Note: The app will connect to your iNFOTV account and begin streaming. May take a minute.

5. IMPORTANT:

   Configure ONN Device
   
   Prevent Sleeping
   Select Settings ⚙ > Privacy > Special App Access > Display over other apps > Select iNFOTV
   
   Start iNFOTV app automatically
   Select Settings ⚙ > System > Shut Off Timer > Never
   
   Set Time Zone
   Select Settings ⚙ > System > Date & Time > Set time zone
   
   Note: Menu names may vary depending on ONN model and Google TV software version.
