Install WIndows Player

Below are instructions for downloading and installing the iNFOTV Showbitz player app on a Windows desktop computer.

1. Step 1

   Click here to download the Infotv Windows Player App.
   
   Open the download file and install “ShowBitzSetup.msi”. Check download folder if you don’t see in top-right corner.

2. Step 2

   Click “Log in” (top-right), enter your Account credentials:
   
   Email: [enter email]
   Password: [enter password]
   
   Select “Remember account”, then OK and Save.

3. Step 3

   Manually Exit Health App (choose Exit or Disable)
   
   The Player app starts automatically and is monitored by a separate Health app, which automatically restarts the Player every 30–60 seconds if it is closed.
   
   To exit the Player app, press Esc on the keyboard.
   To stop the Health app, locate the Windows notification area (system tray) in the bottom-right corner of the taskbar, next to the clock. If the heart icon is not visible, click the Show hidden icons (▲) arrow. Right-click the heart icon and select Exit
